Not sure whether passed CRISC exam preliminary "NOT PASSED..will be reviewed...result in 10 days..."

I have just taken the CRISC exam today and when I ended the exam, the result was something like " ...NOT PASSED...Preliminary result..to be reviewed...actually result will be sent to your e-mail in 10 days..." . I am confused whether I have failed the CRISC exam. Just wondering whether anyone can advise me.

After you finish the survey, a screen will popup indicating whether you've initially passed or failed and it will take up to 10 days for ISACA to review your exam results.The exam was performed via CBT and reported a " Not Passed" via the computer you were on. Some employee over at ISACA will review your exam to ensure the computer reported an accurate score for your exam.
