Juniper SRX JUNOS OPERATING SYSTEMS

Hi, I need to know about Juniper SRX Series (SRX-300 , SRX-210 , SRX-220) operating system.

Currently installed OS on my routers are below

SRX-300 (Junos  15.1X49-D70.3)

SRX-220 ( Junos OS 12.1X46-D35.1)

SRX-210 ( JUNOS 12.1X44-D35.5)

Please tell me whats the latest OS and can i upgrade above mentioned to the latest one.
