MCSA for SQL server 2016 vs 2014

Anyone know what is the difference between MCSA for SQL server 2016 vs 2014?
I have checked Microsoft website, it appears to me that 70-761 (sql 2016) covered less topic than 70-461 (sql2014). Does it means 70-761 is easier than 70-461?
