edited February 2020 in General Certification

I've refreshed the Security Certification Progression Chart originally made by Drackar and picked up by me after he went inactive.

Please let me know if I should make any changes. I'm hoping to make this and my IT Career Roadmap interactive someday but I haven't found the right medium (or I don't have the skill to do so).

Netsec is missing Check Point and Fortinet certifications. Both more widely deployed for network security than PAN or Cisco.

Nice work. Are these certs you have, or just a list of available in a given focus? Reminds me of these mindmaps: https://app.box.com/v/Path-to-Cyber-slides

If they had all these certs, I would be out of a job ! I'm sure the OP was laying out the different certifications in each disciplines.

It was late. I briefly glanced at it. and then again, I recall someone on this forum who had something in the range of 100+ certs.

I'd like to the see the CREST Certs on there in the next release, CRT and CCT. CRT is supposed to be very OSCP equivalent but more web focused, and CRT:Web and CRT:Infrastructure more equivalent to the OSCE.
    A+, C|EH, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GSTRT, MCSA:Messaging, MCSE:Security

Thanks for the feedback! I originally left some certifications out for simplicity but I've changed that strategy. I've added Checkpoint, Fortinet, CREST, and several other certifying authority certifications to the chart and it doesn't look too bad.

I'm currently turning this into an interactive webpage.
