MCSA/MCSE 2020?
Has anyone heard anything about an upgraded MCSA/MCSE stack for 2020? I'm just wondering if there is a finally an upgrade path in plan from Windows 7 to Windows 10 without getting a useless MCSA for Windows 8 first. I just couldn't bring myself to study a useless/irrelevant OS. I would think Microsoft would be working updates for Windows Server 2019 and beyond. I haven't researched this myself, so I apologize in advance if this is a 'dumb question'.

I did some more searching and found information from CBT Nuggets about the retirement of the traditional MCSA/MCSE back in 2019. It's role based moving forward (makes sense). But yes, like you said its Windows 10 first. I could probably pass this w/o cracking a book or lab though. Back when I was exploring the MCSA for Windows 10 originally, I was looking for a way to upgrade my MCSA Windows7 (and no such path existed, other than get MCSA 8.1 first, ugh). Now the Windows 10 MCSA retires in 3/2020...time flies!浪人 MSISA:WGU

I can see moving more towards "role based" but all azure and O365 now? come on. Literary all certifications going forward will be either Azure track or Office 365.To say that all in house infrastructure is all irrelevant now is crazy.Certs: CISSP, CySA+, Security+, Network+ and others | 2019 Goals: Cloud Sec/Scripting/Linux -
