I dont have the Sybex CCNP Complete book (altho my professor did recommend it), but I can tell you the CCNP Self Study: Building Scalable Cisco Internetworks book by Catherine Paquet and Diane Teare is excellent!

When you search on ebay for equipment to buy, check if the seller will ship worldwide, if not check for a different seller.I'm in Bangkok and have no problem getting equipment shipped here,i've gotten equipment shipped to many countries,if i lived in Doha Qatar i'm sure i wouldnt have a problem either.Once you can pay the shipment costs and the seller specifies they will ship worldwide thats it, deal done.
You should spend the time seaching on ebay rather than continually asking where to buy equipment.

The prices you posted above are outragous, as i stated previously investigate on ebay, ask sellers questions, get a phone number, chat on the phone arrange a sale with the seller inside or outside of ebay, there are so many options you just need to start communicating.I'm not gonna write a list of what equipment you need as there are lots of threads with this information already.Search the forum before posting there is plenty of information here,
    dont be lazy.
