Practice virtual network

I used to have a website that had a virtual network that you could practice on and make errors and all that. It was free and I can't find it in my favorites. Does anyone have something like that or know of one?

I know about both of those. I've played with them a little. The one I'm looking for was just a website. It's driving me crazy that I can't find it. I'll keep playing with these two until I find it, if I ever do.
