Has anyone written any of these tests using only the training provided on MS's page? I'm just wondering if it's sufficient to pass the exams?

I would recommend adding further studying besides the free online Microsoft studying modules. The Syklines Udemy courses should help supplement your studies. 

Microsoft MS-100 Certification M365 Identity and Services

Microsoft MS-101 Certification: M365 Mobility and Security

I would also look into the Microsoft Certification Guides.

Exam Ref MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security 1st Edition

Also you will need a prerequisite associate exam before taking the two expert 100 & 101 exam.

Ok great! I’ll look into the Udemy courses. Actually taking one right now for my CCNA. Yes I do know that there’s 6 different prerequisites before taking the 100 & 101 exams. Thanks for the info!
