Anyone heard of these McAfee Institute?

Stumbled across these certifications last week on LinkedIn.  I was suggested a contact and I thought it was someone I knew (it wasn't).  Regardless, this person had tons of 'McAfee' Institute certifications.  I've never heard of these and at first I though they were related to McAfee but it appears they're not so I went into the rabbit hole....  Is this place a total sham ?? LOL.  Their certs seem pretty outrageous.

Those prices are targeted at businesses--specifically McAfee business customers--rather than at individuals. This training might also be a sales tool to be given away for free to entice new enterprise customers to sign multiple or long-term McAfee product licenses. McAfee salespeople might also acquire these certs to make themselves appear more of an expert in their products and target markets.

Strangely it seems to be a legit program from Florida, based off the niccs.us-cert.gov 

McAfee the cyber security product vendor has their own set of vendor product certifications and I believe is based out of Texas. 

Never heard of the McAfee Institute.

There is a rather lengthy Wikipedia article on McAfee Institute. It was founded by a number people all with the last name of "McAfee." I wonder if there is a famous "John" in that same family too
