OpenVPN GUI Connection issue

I have installed and imported the configuration file.
It is not connecting. It says "connecting to management interface failed"
While I checked the log I got below
Can anyone pls suggest me how to get it resolved. I am not sure what mistake I am actually doing.

2020-10-29 13:47:07 --cipher is not set. Previous OpenVPN version defaulted to BF-CBC as fallback when cipher negotiation failed in this case.
If you need this fallback please add '--data-ciphers-fallback BF-CBC' to your configuration and/or add BF-CBC to --data-ciphers.
