Passed this cert along with my Project+ this week. Quite a productive week. Thought I'd share my experience since this section of the forum is somewhat quiet.

Not a bad exam. It's not a tech heavy exam. Mostly goes over what it entails to migrate your IT infrastructure to the cloud from a technical and business perspective. Sat for this exam to fulfill my WGU class credit. It did get me to be a bit more curious about cloud technology so may give Cloud+ or one of the vendor specific cloud certs a glance in 2021.
