F5 - Lab Licence

This is a tech I'm interested in exploring more in-depth. Have been messing with LTM and have been on AWAF virtual classroom.

I am having issues obtaining a lab licence. CDW are the official outlet but require a Canadian/North American payment address. Unfortunately, I am based in UK and have had little luck. Have been told Softcat have provided in the past, but they are not much help at this time. Went back to F5 tutor (works for F5, not 3rd party) and even he is at a loss as to where to obtain.

Any suggestions?
