I can't (yet) speak to the quality of the Linux Foundation's training, but I'm hoping it's good. With the best deal at that link, you can get 3 courses and 3 exam vouchers for less than the price of one non-discounted LFCS or LFCE voucher, if I understand correctly. The email I received says "Offer ends February 16" which could mean EOD today or tomorrow.
