Pluralsight definitely a big house content provider. I am sure it isn't financially easy to maintain cloud labs. Hopefully they provide more labs for more cloud technologies.

I assume ACloud will be a separate division of Pluralsight and continue maintaining its own content and brand.
I also wonder how much cash vs. stock options that
Sam and Ryan Kroonenburg
are getting in the deal. From the

ACG bought for US$2B and Sam and Ryan are the principle owners--not bad! The Linux Academy acquisition and the events of 2020 didn't hurt ACG's business.
For comparison, Microsoft bought Minecraft (Mojang) for US$2.5B and Disney bought the entire Star Wars franchise for US$4B.
