Hopefully they provide more labs for more cloud technologies.Certs: CISSP, EnCE, OSCP, CRTP, eCTHPv2, eCPPT, eCIR, LFCS, CEH, SPLK-1002, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-900, AZ-500, VHL:Advanced+

JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,099 AdminI assume ACloud will be a separate division of Pluralsight and continue maintaining its own content and brand.I also wonder how much cash vs. stock options that Sam and Ryan Kroonenburg are getting in the deal. From the ACG blog posting, it looks like both will be staying on a while.

JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,099 AdminACG bought for US$2B and Sam and Ryan are the principle owners--not bad! The Linux Academy acquisition and the events of 2020 didn't hurt ACG's business. For comparison, Microsoft bought Minecraft (Mojang) for US$2.5B and Disney bought the entire Star Wars franchise for US$4B.
