Configuring Cloud Drives for HIPAA Compliance

Hi guys,
Most of us are familiar with cloud drive services like Microsoft OneDrive or Box.com right? The general gist is that to maintain HIPAA compliance with these services you have to configure it within your organization to maintain HIPAA compliance. Do any of you all know what they mean by that? I included the links below where various sources have said the services to be be HIPAA-ready.
