Creating (same as parent folder) host A records in AD integrated DNS for xyz.abc.com

There is a need to create Host A record with the name (same as parent folder) under sub domain XYZ created under abc.com AD integrated Zone pointing to different external ip addresses

Need to create (same as parent folder) Host A record for each external ip addresses

For 4 external ip addresses , 4 host A records with name (same as parent folder) to be created

Any advice please.......
