Why am i receiving error 0x80070057 when starting the vmms service?

Okay,One day,When i opened hyper-v there was no server,When i clicked on connect to server,An error popped up saying that i should check if vmms service is running or not,When i gone to services,The vmms stopped and when i tried to start it,This error popped up saying: "Windows could not start the Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management Service on local computer Error 0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect"

I tried restarting,Reinstalling hyper-v and its services,Still the error is not fixed,How do i fix it?

I tried searching the internet on this error,But still no help at all,I hope you can give out ACTUAL solution that will actually fix this error
