Community Support For CrowdStrike

Does anybody know if CrowdStrike has a User Community Support portal - the environment where all users of the product globally help each other answer technical-related questions about the product?

I only know of the /r/crowdstrike subreddit. I've never looked at the CS Facebook group. There is also a community tools site and a GitHub archive, but those are not for customer chit chat.
