JD, from what I can find, the BETA is only available at .conf23. Did you find information that stated otherwise and open through August 17? -

I signed up to take it at my local Pearson VUE testing center and the last date open to me was Aug 17. I guess I'd better start studying for it...
The official exam name is SPLK-5001 - Splunk Certified Cybersecurity Defense Analyst - English (ENU)
