are microsoft going to extend the offer after the proposed date? also does this happen regularly? or do they do it once in a while?

I think that this is the third year that M$ has offered the free retake. So far, I see nothing about any extension of the offer for this year. There is not guarantee that they will do it again, but, it is very popular so there is a good chance that they will repeat it next year."It doesn't matter, it's in the past!"--Rafiki
