1700 error

Im having a little issue with my recently purchased 1750!

It keeps giving me the following:

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/network-confg (Timed out)
%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/cisconet.cfg (Timed out)
%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/r1750-confg (Timed out)
%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/r1750.cfg (Timed out)

I've tried typing no boot system tftp://255.255.255.255/network-confg
and so on but nothing. Is there something im missing here? I've checked the running and startup config and I cant see any boot system tftp statements.
