Failed the first attempt with an 837 -- I've seen a lot of people get that score.
Passed today with an 875 -- Not as high as I wanted, but passing is passing.
Finished with 10 seconds to spare! How is that for time management!
I actually had 13 minutes with 10 questions left, but wouldn't you know . . . a simulation pops up in front of me. But I knew what the problem was right away (very similar to a simulation I had on my first test) and finished it in 3-4 minutes.

Congratulations!
Yep, I always like to leave some extra time in case an unexpected Sim pops up near the end... which happened to me recently on an exam -- but I think they (does they imply plural? ) were ungraded trial Sims.... And considering that was an exam that was heavy with complex diagram/loads of text multiple choice questions, I wasn't happy. But that would explain why I was given the max amount of time for the exam -- and why I used almost all of it.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -

I took the Network Academy at a local community college this past year. For studying I mostly used the links on this site, the Cisco test prep on Cisco's site and my Academy login.
I used a small book called CCNA 2.0 640-507 Routing and Switching **** Sheet to start my studying off. Not very indepth, but it was a quick read that gave me an idea on what I was weak and a place to start. It was only 40 cents used on amazon.com! -
Danman32 Member Posts: 1,243I found the books (Intro and ICND) that came with the course were excellent to study from. The only supplemental material I needed was lab practice and practice in subnetting to get faster.
