Hi everyone,
I recently cleared the CISA exam and thought I’d share a quick note about my preparation.
My study approach was fairly steady rather than intense. I started with the core material and worked through it over time, trying to understand the concepts instead of just memorizing them. In the final phase, I spent more time on revision and practicing questions to get comfortable with the exam style and time management.
I also practiced with some question sets from Pass4Future, which helped me get more comfortable with the type of questions and how they are framed in the exam.
From my experience, the exam focuses more on applying concepts in practical audit and IT governance scenarios rather than just theory.
Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience. Still waiting for the final certification confirmation, but glad to have made it through.
Sharing this here in case it helps anyone who is currently preparing.
