Whats the best study material

Am new to the cerfification and I need to get information 'bout the best material to study for the exam. How long can it take to complete the studies if am doing 4 hours/day intensive studies?

I'm on chapter 5 of the MS Press book and it seems to be very good. It has a lot of step by step guides so you can actually do exactly what the lessons cover. The book is over 1,400 pages long so I'd say it is pretty comprehensive. I'm guessing this book along with technotes and other Internet resources should be more than enough to pass.

It would be helpful to have a small lab consisting of an XP machine and a Server 2003 machine to practice RIS and whatever else might come up in the chapters to come. Fortunately, I still have a trial version in one of my college books, but you could go ahead and buy the 70-290 book which I'm assuming will have a trial version of Server 2003.
