Of course, this site has excellent material and I would start right here, like Danman32 suggested.

You may also find other sites just by searching for something like "Network+ Practice Exam" or whatever...most will let you try a 10-30 question practice exam before you pay for the full thing. Just stay away from the ones that claim to be actual questions from the exam because that gets on the verge of cheating...which I see you know already from your post, but it still needs to be pointed out again and again until everyone gets the message...
