Public Folders!

i have installed Exchange 2003 and then logged on as a user and all seems ok until i noticed that the user has no Public Folders? Where have i gone wrong? and is there a way to get these Public folders on the users Outlook.?

What version of OL? 2003 has those buttons, if you select MAIL, you only see your mailbox (or other delegated mailbox) folders.

You would need to go into the folder view to see the entire folder tree including the public folder.
