i need some suggestions regarding the home lab

Hi all

I am currently looking at www.ciscokits.com for their ccnp economy kit, i have some concerns that i would like to ask for your opinions..

if i get that kit to study for my ccnp, after i am done, do you think that entire bundle will be useless ? what i mean by useless is besides ccnp, what good will it be towards other cisco certs except CCIE?

or should i just go for the rack rental option, in turn i don't have to worry about having to sell the entire bundle on ebay ?

Go for a Home lab rather than rack rental bec. you can practice what you've learned on CCNA.

yeah thats one of the advantages of having a home lab, the main question is can i use the kit towards any other cisco certs besides ccie?

i don't want to be stuck with the equipment thats worth over 2000 dollars if i don't utilitize it at all

I guess you can save 3-4 in the bundle for ccie. anyway, you can sell the rest if you passed ccna and ccnp.
