The picture link on the top right entitled "Less stress, more success" mentions the free second shot promotion. However if you click on the link it redirects to
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/default.mspx
I can't see any mention of the second shot promotion here . . .

That's because it has ended.

Looks like UK may have fixed their blunder, as I am not seeing the pictured ad you refer to.
If it is still there, someone in UK may want to notify MS @ UK that the US link is no longer available for reference if the program is still available there since the program has ended here.
