MCSE or CCNA

HI,
I just passed the Net+ exam and I'm not quite sure which should be the right path to go next, MCSE or CCNA, which one is easier and more worthy for the future.

well from all the job ads that I've searched, there are more employers looking for MCSE than compared to CCNA from what I saw. I have CCNA and cant find a job....I sometimes wished I took MCSE...

as the ccna is one exam and mcse is seven, most take less time to do ccna. the downside is that mcse is for life, as far as i know, but only in the operating system that you studied, whereas cisco certified engineers are forced to take atleast one cisco exam per change of ios or major hardware change (or something) to remain certified.

most cisco exams require recertification every 3 years, except ccie and cisco qualified specialist every 2 years

I'm planning on pursuing both paths, because I think having a well rounded knowledge base makes you invaluable to an employer. I'm working on MCSE right now, but I'm really looking forward to starting on CCNA. I'm sick of seeing all these CCNA posts and having no clue what they're talking about.
