Would you tell me that the question is even harder when taking
second times exam.
Or some questions in first will be repeated in second exam?

The questions on your exam are randomly selected and downloaded to the testing center. Theoretically you could get the exact same exam again, or a completely different one. It's likely though that some questions will be repeated. -

The test engine picks at random from a pool of approx. 1000 questions. You'll definitely see some of the same questions...
