CCNA 640-801 exam tomorrow!!

unwritt3nunwritt3n Member Posts: 67 ■■□□□□□□□□
Well, just seemed like yesterday when I told everyone that i booked this in a week ago.

Well tomorrow is the big day...

I feel very confident and really want to nail this exam. Just 1 question... in the Sims can i use the "?" command at all??

Like if i want to look at all the ospf show commands and stuff, can i do
"show ip ospf ?"

And do "debug" commands work too?

Or is it not allowed, what about using "TAB" to finish commands??
I am not relying on it to work, but just thought i'd ask.

Thanks

    First , Good Luck !
Second , don't panic & try to focus

Third when I took my CCNA almost an year ago I coulden't use "?" or "tab" but I understand that it differs from your test center .

But for me , don't even try to put your mind in this , just repeat once more .

Tomorrow is the big day , wait to hearing from you : owned CCNA !

You can use ? and tab, but I haven't seen in Cisco official statements on how far you can ?. I didn't waste time trying to find out.

Testing center shouldn't matter, but version of the test for different countries might.

From my exam... I would suggest!!

Be prepared for Sims!! I got damn 4, and my first 2 questions were sims which i was not expecting.

I gotta lots of drag and drop.. main topics i got tested on were:

    VLANs, ACLs, Frame Relay

I was very suprised to see no subnetting questions in my exam... besides the initial planning in some of the sims where u gotta work out subnets, i didnt get any questions that related to just finding a host in a range, or finding a directed broadcast address within a subnet....

I thought this was strange as i was told by many to be prepared to do lots of questions like this.

But i did get hammered with ACLs, and wildcard masks

Well i am doing great at subnetting and I think i got the ACL's nailed as well. Frame Relay should be no problem, and I think i do good on Vlans. I am not an expert with OSPF so i hope there is not a lot on that one.

My main thing is to get this test behind me so I can move to start studying for CCNP. This site has been a great help!
