Try and relax.

Watch your time on the exam -- no more than 10 minutes per SIM.

Did you see this thread? The CCNA FAQ has been updated to include links to various topics. You may find some helpful info in some of those threads -- or at least it would take your mind off the exam for a while

Somewhere in there those threads you should find the links to the Cisco Prep Center (and the exam demo). There is also the link buried in there to the practicesubnetting and learntosubnet web sites (if you haven't seen them yet). The subnetting questions should be easy (and quick) if you are prepared.

And try to get a good nights sleep before your exam -- but that's easier said than done.
