webmaster, i think a good idea for a technote would be titled network troubleshooting where, in the context of CCNA, you teach how to troubleshoot simple networks like the ones we get in the sims with a layered approach starting with the physical layer testing such as show controllers etc then moving onto the datalink layer and network with traceroutes and pings etc as i have seen so many people struggling with trying to find what the sims want from you on the test.
A technote on this would enable test takers to deduce what the problem is using a layered approach to troubleshooting and hopefully find the problem and solve it!!!
Just a suggestion, keep up the gud work your technotes rock, very clear and to the point which is what we like
