Multicasting/QoS

in CCNP
Hey guys been using 2 sources to study for the BCMSN: CCNP Complete & Cisco Press...I'm having some mental snags on the multicasting & QoS sections. Everything else seems to fall right into place. Can anyone refer me to a concise summary, perhaps online, that would give me the basics before I continue on and retry the advanced?

    Strange you have problems with QoS and Multicast and not STP?
    I'm almost ready to sit the exam and the most difficult part was trying to
    understand exactly whats happening in STP,RSTP,MST. But now i nailed them
    its plain sailing.Regarding links all i can say is everything you need is on cisco.com but i'm sure you didnt wana here that icon_smile.gif .
    Networking, sometimes i love it, mostly i hate it.Its all about the $$$$

    Ha, yeah....STP I'm having no problem at all with, but I had some beginner studying with it in CCNA way back when (3months ago I think haha) Multicasting and QoS are spankin' new. I'm getting the gist of it I think, but some of it isn't sticking. I'm a dummy so I think I'll get MS/QoS for dummies hehe icon_lol.gificon_redface.gif
