Interview Advice?.........

Hey guys, I landed an interview for a Tech Analyst/Desktop Support position for Friday, 48K Salary. I'm pretty nervous because i would really like to move on from my current company to this company. Any Tips? Thanks!

    48k US thats not bad pay for a desktop support techy. Be confident , show them your personality dont be uptight and let them see that ur buzzin to be there a nd really look forward to working there.

    Have some questions ready to ask them. Never let it be "what's in it for me" kind of questions on the first interview. Ask about their company, the IT team, ask them what they like about working there, etc. Also have a good reason prepared for why you are looking elsewhere (and don't say more money or you hate your job or management).

    Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
    Working on: RHCE/Ansible
    Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

    Thanks alot guys for your advice. Im excited for a potential opportunity to move on to a better job but ill relax. Hopefully i can go through this interview well, last thing i want to do is mess up.
