Question about IGP to EGP routing

Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell how would you advertise IGP routes into an EGP: by redistributing routes from IGP to EGP or via static network statements? and explain it to me.

For CCNA you should have basic idea about CIDR.LAB: 7609-S, 7606-S, 10008, 2x 7301, 7204, 7201 + bunch of ISRs & CAT switches -
