Veritas Backup Certification

I am focused on my System Administration skills and I am taking the Server+ now. I want to get the Veritas backup Cert...how do I start on that Cert. Do you know the path for netbackup cert....there are many cert in symantec - veritas website. Pls advise me what to pursue....

Usually an employer would have you get these certs. Not much point to it until then IMO

yeah, I think its better that the employer will be the one to shoulder these certs.....the cost is too much for me....
