cisco press flash cards?

Has anyone else used these? Are they worth the $40? Just thought I'd get a few opinions from anyone else. I am gonna be scheduleling my CCNA payday.

    i used the flash cards from Todd Lammle's Fast Pass book.

    I find flash cards and excellent way to cement things into memory. Heck, it's actually useful to make your own!

    I've used Todd Lammle's flash cards which comes with the book. I decided not to buy the Cisco flash cards because I thought it was over priced. Also Todd Lammle's version comes in a pocket PC format which allows me to study anywhere.
