fault bucket

Has anyone ever seen an error in the event viewer called "fault bucket"? If you have do you have ay idea on how o fix it?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but same error.

From what I am reading after doing a cursory search, fault bucket is a tracking event that is used when the OS sends a report to MS about the error(s). There should be other events in the vicinity that describes the real problem.
