Tcats free security+ pdf

I have noticed in the Security+ section you can go to different study links. Among them, there is a link that goes to Tcat's free material that doesn't work. Is there a way to get this pdf elsewhere or do you have to pay for it from his new website?

I looked there, I didn't see a link for TCat. Some of the link sections are run by Google (Noted by note 'Ads by Google'), so you could get random links generated by Google that are no longer valid. I don't think TechExams can help that.

I was doing a google search today on the keywords "Security +" and "digital certificates" and came across the following link that I think is the Tcat pdf everyone is looking for. The document is about 5MB and is over 500 pages long in pdf format. Here is the link:
