CCNA Certificate

I got an email today saying that my Electronic Certificate for CCNA is ready. Will I also receive a paper certificate in the mail, or do I have to specifically request one?

You have to pay for one of the certificates. If you chose e-cert, you have to pay for the paper one, if you chose paper one, you have to pay for the e-cert.

I think I got this straightened out. I went on Cisco's chat support to ask them about it. They're going to send me a paper cert. I never selected that I wanted an e-cert, but for some reason I still got the email.
