HELP OSPF NBMA

Hello, can someone send me sample configuration of OSPF NBMA
-ip ospf network Broadcast
-ip ospf network non-broadcast
-ip ospf network point-to-multipoint
-ip ospf network point-to-point

I am confuse what command to use if with neighbor or with neighbor priority or cost.

I already visited this site anyway just one question if I used point-to-multipoint ospf network, it mentioned on that site that the only used of neighbor command is to assign a cost to this neighbor if there is no cost assign it will use the default cost configured on the interface.

and also just want to know if in NBMA network I need to use the neighbor command to know my neighbors if it is a full mesh.

In a partial mesh hub and spoke only the hub router uses the neighbor command not the spoke router due to that it only knows the hub router.

am i right?
