I passed the BCRAN exam with a 819. Not as much of a margin as I like, but a pass is a pass!
Used the Cisco Press book, the CCNP flashcards book, Dyanamips, Netsim, A few routers, and OTJ.

There are some tradeoffs when you study like the wind.... I would have thought there would be Cisco "I wanna study fast" tee shirts for sale on the Cisco Merchandise site since they announced the CCNP changes.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -
PCHoldmann Member Posts: 450Keenon, I will say I was suprised at the number of backup interface questions. (I nailed those, and I think it saved me ) Dialer and FR, of course. Other than that, I think there were items from pretty much every item on the blue print. There's no place like ^$

Just curious, would you say an ISDN sim would still be worth investing in? -

I would say yes if you get a cheap one on ebay, its a nice addition for a test lab bcran or not.Networking, sometimes i love it, mostly i hate it.Its all about the $$$$ -
PCHoldmann Member Posts: 450If you are taking the current exam, and ISDN Sim would probably help, although I would probably buy NetSim, they do a decent job on ISDN, has more features, and it costs about the same as most of the hardware ones I've seen. There's no place like ^$

PCHoldmann Member Posts: 450I did BSCI after BCRAN after 70-220 after 70- 216, I am running about one a month, which is doable, if you disregard things like having a life, getting enough sleep, lunch hours, etc. and work with a lot of the stuff you are studying. There's no place like ^$
