advice needed for potential opportunity with cisco

I was viewing Cisco's site for job opportunities just for fun this morning just to see all the various jobs they were offering. I stumbled on this one thinking that I may be half qualified for it.

I had a couple questions for the guys\gals with some professional expereince since I'm only a little more than a year in the working world.
I have some expereince working with some Cisco products at work, should I put the specific switch\router models in my resume along with the other specific Cisco products we use?
I also have a couple of contacts from Cisco that I have been working with. Is it ok to ask them for advice or use them as a reference, or would this be considered unprofessional since I am currently working for another company?
Also if I post my resume would you be able to critique it before I submit it?
