Hello, why is in some places I found the step of cleaning in lazer printer is step # 6 and here on this site is step #1, wich one is the right one?

Its step 1 of the cycle it first makes sure everything is clean on every print in the cycle.

as long as you understand that it happens after fusing and before charging

Yeah, I believe it's normally considered step one. Just think of it like a dryer. You could empty the lint basket after your load, but normally the next person empties it before they put in their load (At least that's what my dryer says). The order is not really important, but it must be done before the next load, or in the printer's case, before the next print job.

thank you guys. I will pass my exam at 3:00PM tomorow, I did 77% here the first time and an average of 70 to 90% to all the other website that have practice questions like here. I cross my finger and stay positive. Thank you guys for your promt answer.
