Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the latest IOS images for my routers (2514 and 2520) and switch (1912)?

Legally, you probably can't. The only legal way to obtain IOS upgrades is through a Cisco SMARTnet contract. However, Cisco does not sell new service contracts for hardware that is more than 1 year beyond End-of-Sale (EOS). The models you listed are well beyond that point... -

Oh ok. I was miss informed then. I thought it sounded crazy when one of our Admins said that you can get Cisco IOS free. I guess he meant "free"
