network enabled power strip
does anyone know of any network enabled power "strip" as i would like to power up/down my rack from anywhere in the house..

hanakuin Member Posts: 144I've used APC's environmental monitor to power up and down fans when they hit a threshold. You could also use it to power up a power strip if you wanted to, but it'd probably be a bit expensive just to allow you to remotely power up a rack.

Danman32 Member Posts: 1,243The problem I would have is when my hybernate file becomes corrupt. All you get is a black screen with white letters telling you the file appears corrup, and asking if you want to delete it or retry booting. Powering off and back on would only repeat this screen.
