Just passed

I just passed the NET+ exam!! Does anyone have any suggested study material for the A+ hardware (passed OS) and Security+? I used the Sybex for the NET+ and it was allright.

Congratulations on the pass!

I used A+ FastPass by Sybex and the tech notes on this site to study for, and pass, both my A+ tests. If you have a few years experience with PC hardware, that should get you by.

Congrats!

My recommendation for Sec+ is to not rely soley on one book. Grab at least 2 and then use the Tech Notes here. Concentrate on Encryption and Cryptography, they hit it hard on the exam.

Justus1, I used Mike Meyers CBT course for A+, it was very helpful to see things demonstrated rather than producing my own imagery from a book.

Congrats on the pass and I used the Mike Meyers AIO for my software and hardware. I used the tests off of mcmcse and the tests from the book. I wasn't a member here at the time or I would have used these tests also.
