ok, so i got my first mcp pass on monday, im trying to sign up to the MCP member site and its asking me for my mcp ID and access code. i have my MCP ID at the top of my exam report, but what the hell is the access code????

You should (or will) get it in an email.

If it doesn't come after awhile you can always ask them to resend it.

ok cool, hopefully email will come along soon, i want to make sure i have linked my A+ and network + to microsoft correctly, although apparently that takes a week or so to show up anyway.

my A+ and net+ showed in 2 days....I thikn they say it can take up to a week just in case
