Microsoft Auditing (3rd party)

Does anybody know of any 3rd party software that adds more granularity to Microsoft's Auditing feature? What we really need is auditing software that actually informs us of who modified specifically what. For example, if user 1 added user 3 to this ACL and gave them modify permissions. We want to know this.
